Our Mission:
At MSG our mission is to provide our players around the clock personal service. At MSG we are one of the few agencies in the world that owns and operates a basketball facility with a weight room to match. Located in Miami we have onsite NBA trainers and strength coaches along with physical therapists. It’s safe to say “we’re more than an agency” at MSG we can relate to every player’s need. Our Ceo has been an NBA draft pick, played in the minor league ABA, and played 8 years in the second-best league in the world (Spain). Pete Mickeal is a relationship builder and can relate to every player’s need because for 17 years he experienced every situation a player can go through on and off the court. So our mission is clear… we will put all MSG clients in a planned pathway for a successful career.
